  1. Quality Guarantee: We pride ourselves on providing high-quality salon services. If you are not satisfied with the result of your hair service, we invite you to contact us within two weeks of your appointment. We will offer a complimentary consultation and, if necessary, a service to adjust any issues to meet your satisfaction.
  2. No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on services rendered. Our skilled professionals strive to offer the best possible result and client satisfaction.
  3. Adjustment Service: Should there be any concerns regarding your cut or colour, please inform us within 14 days of the service. We will be happy to provide a one-time adjustment service at no extra charge.
  4. Beyond Two Weeks: If an adjustment is requested after two weeks from the original service date, we may provide the service at a discounted rate. The cost will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the work required.
  5. Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to communicate their preferences and concerns before, during, and after the service. Our professionals rely on your feedback to deliver the desired outcome.
  6. Service Alteration: Any alterations to the original service (such as changing from a trim to a full haircut, or from partial to full highlights) after the service has begun may incur additional charges.
  7. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behaviour to our staff or other clients.
